Sign Central - About Us

Company History

Approximately 6 years ago, while digging holes and installing signs for another sign company, Bruce Felmey, Steve Strauss and Fred Strauss were discussing the nature of the sign business and how they could better serve customers. They were very conscious of the service side of the business and tried to make sure that all signs were installed properly and to the customers standards. However, the customer never seemed to be satisfied with the beginning process of sign production.

And so, they began to layout a plan and mission statement that would marry the installation process and the production process, while providing stellar customer service - and the idea for Sign Central, Inc., was born. They detailed a business plan that took almost a year to develop, with a primary focus on the needs of the customer. As it developed, one of Sign Central's primary goals is to make sure the customer is happy with all parts of the company - from the design phase to the production phase and the installation of the signs.

Steve Strauss and Bruce Felmey have been in the service business for over 12 years and have brought their ideas and concepts to Sign Central in order to provide customers with a quality product and reliable services.
